The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a variety of international TV channels. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a rich and high-quality breakfast, and there are nearby amenities like a mini market and pharmacies.

Some guests have mentioned that the spa facilities need improvement, with issues like an empty jacuzzi, cold sauna and Turkish bath, and the absence of slippers.

This hotel was a luxurious oasis, providing exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The well-trained staff offered impeccable service, particularly at the Spa & Wellness Center, where we indulged in a revitalizing full-body massage and relaxed in the serene, spa lounge area. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were equally impressive, and the private facilities exceeded expectations. The restaurant and bar/lounge area served gourmet cuisine and delicious cocktails, while the poolside snack bar provided tasty alternatives. Moreover, the location advantages were key, being adjacent to the airport, which made travel convenient.

The wake-up call we requested at check-in was not made, and we could have missed our flight if we had not set our own alarms. Although the staff at check-out apologised, better attention could have been paid to ensuring that our request was fulfilled.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The well-trained staff was warm and welcoming, and the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms were equipped with exclusive amenities. The brilliant spa, sauna, indoor swimming pool and massage facilities added to the luxurious ambiance, as did the relaxing atmosphere of the spa lounge. The private facilities were exclusive, making my stay even more memorable. The restaurant's a la carte menu, offering traditional and very tasty dishes, was an unforgettable culinary experience.

The hotel was a bit far from the main point of interest. Still, the short five-minute taxi ride from the airport made up for it.

The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to the airport. Additionally, there were plenty of quality shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a shoping centre nearby.

The hotel's indoor swimming pool and gym exceeded my expectations. The Turkish bath was a great experience. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food, especially the fruits. The atrium architecture and lobby design were impressive. The welcoming letter and fruits from the general manager were touching. The hotel provided good value for money with excellent services.
